Chaperoning Background Check Instructions

All parents wishing to chaperone any band function who will be alone with students at any time must have a background check.  This is per Hamilton County School Board Policy that was passed in 2016. 

Fingerprint instructions and Volunteer Request Form are below.  Please read the Volunteer Fingerprint Registration form carefully and follow it's instructions to schedule a Fingerprinting session and to complete the Background Check.  School Worker Volunteer  is the Transaction Type and State Schools/Colleges is the Agency ID.  

Return a copy of only the Volunteer Request Form to the Director after you have completed the background check.  

PLEASE NOTE:  (From the Identogo Website) Important Notice regarding ePay Options

"Please be advised that effective April 15, 2019, we will no longer be accepting credit card payments online when scheduling appointments.  All credit card payments must be made onsite at the time of the fingerprinting session."
