2025 Band Camp Schedule

SUNDAY - JULY 13th  (1:00pm-3:00pm)
MANDATORY DROP-IN Day.
Students and Parents can drop in to the band room at any time during the times listed above and turn in all forms to the band boosters.
Students will pick up their drill coordinate charts and all music they need for camp.  We will have someone available to NOTARIZE forms and we will have a copy machine available to make copies of insurance cards.  This is also a great time to pre-pay for your students lunch for the week, sign-up to volunteer for serving lunch, and other important volunteer opportunities.

Parent Preview

On the last day of band camp, students will perform what they have learned in band camp for their family, friends, and community.  During Mandatory Drop-In Day, families will have the option to purchase a meal ticket for the Preview Dinner that takes place prior to the show.  Anyone who wishes to partcipate in the dinner, INCLUDING BAND STUDENTS, must pre-purchase a ticket for the meal.

8:45-8:50am - Arrive at Band Room
9:00am - Rehearsal Begins
                 Morning Block - Visual Basics
                 Drill Setting

12:00pm-1:00pm - Lunch ($5 if purchased from Band Boosters)

1:00-4:00pm - Sectionals

4:00-5:00pm - Full Ensemble MUSIC



Long Day Schedule
July 15, 17, 21, 22 (9:00am-9:00pm)
8:45-8:50am - Arrive at Band Room

Thursday July 24
All morning and lunch activities will be the same. 
1:00-3:00pm - Sectionals
3:00-4:00pm - Full Ensemble Music and Drill
4:00-6:00pm - Dinner break
6:00pm - BBQ Dinner
7:00pm - Parent Preview (Stadium)
