Band Fee Payments
While we wish that band could be completely 'free', the simple fact is that it costs money to run a quality band program. The Band Fee helps covers the costs of the band from year to year including: New Instruments, band owned instrument repairs, band camp, staff, supplies, color guard equipment, competition expenses (entries and travel), uniform cleaning, and large items such as equipment trucks and large band instruments (tubas, percussion, etc)
Band Fee Payments and fundraising provide the monies to support the Soddy Daisy Band Program. All students are responsible for paying for any personal items in which they will keep (marching shoes, gloves, socks, Concert Dress, Concert Tux, Color Guard Warm-up, etc).
These band fee payments do NOT include the cost of any special TRIP the band takes.
Band Fees for the for the 2020-2021 school year are as follows:
All students: $300
There will be no discounts offered to the fees this year.
Please try to pay in full prior to July 31st.
Please contact Mr. Light in the Band Office if you need to make special arrangements
to pay off your account balance!
